Cancelation Policy

All classes must be pre-booked and prepaid and all clients agree to 24hr notice policy when cancelling or rescheduling. If you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be able to make up this class at later stage and we will not issue a refund. You can reschedule a class just once. Unless otherwise advertised in promotional offers, pre-paid blocks of 5 classes are valid for 7 weeks and pre-paid blocks of 10 classes are valid for 13 weeks from the date of the first class to which that block applies. Buying a block of classes does not guarantee you a place in your chosen class unless you have specifically booked it.
